Core Responsibilities
- Co-own the planning and delivery of CRM campaigns and member propositions for LEGO® Insiders, ensuring activities are commercially impactful, customer-centric, and aligned with global business priorities.
- Drive the planning and activation of CRM campaigns for LEGO® Insiders, translating commercial priorities, member propositions, and global strategies into engaging customer experiences and measurable business outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across Membership & Personalisation, Commercial, Marketing, and CRM team to ensure campaign plans and member offerings are aligned with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end campaign planning process for CRM propositions and offers, ensuring clear communication, stakeholder alignment, and effective activation.
- Partner with CRM Hub team to develop compelling, personalised, data-driven campaigns that increase member engagement, drive traffic, and deliver commercial performance.
- Manage campaign forecasting and performance tracking, establishing KPI targets and monitoring revenue, traffic, engagement, and other success metrics.
- Analyse campaign results and customer insights to identify opportunities for optimization and inform future proposition and campaign planning.
- Act as a key CRM subject matter expert, influencing stakeholders and championing best practices in campaign planning, customer engagement, and member communications.

This role is part of the Global Membership & Personalisation Team, reporting directly to the Senior Director of the Global CRM Hub.

- Solid experience of managing best in class customer proposition development and related offerings, leveraging data and insights.
- Experience of delivering personalised CRM campaigns at scale within an omni-channel context
- Experience of working with CRM tools, processes and technology for driving personalisation and commercial impact
- Successfully navigate diverse partner dynamics within a global company, fostering collaboration with product and tech teams.
- Exhibit strong skills in structured problem-solving and communication, delivering clear recommendations to senior leaders.
- Experience working in a global, multi-cultural manufacturing company with a complex channel mix, including both direct-to-consumer (D2C) and business-to-business (B2B) channels.
- As a person you are positive and solution-oriented; you are a true team player, whilst also able to work independently, and setting clear direction; you have an inherent drive and excel at stakeholder management and influencing stakeholders
