WHAT OUR MANAGER, COPYWRITER ENJOY MOST

• Crafting high-quality copy for digital, print, social media, video scripts, and experiential campaigns, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand voice.
• Collaborating with design teams to ensure seamless integration of copy and visuals across campaigns.
• Translating complex ideas into clear, concise, and engaging messaging for diverse audiences through the development headlines, taglines, and long-form content for marketing materials, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Leading the development of story-driven marketing campaigns, weaving compelling narratives that engage and inspire customers.
• Partnering with marketing, product, and creative teams to ensure messaging aligns with brand strategy and customer needs while utilizing data and customer insights to refine tone, voice, and messaging for maximum audience impact.
• Staying ahead of content trends and industry best practices, incorporating them into workflows to improve quality and engagement while leveraging AI-powered writing tools and experimenting with emerging technologies and platforms to drive creative innovation.

You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop cohesive campaigns that resonate across touchpoints, provide direction and editing expertise to ensure all written content meets the highest quality standards and work cross-functionally to manage deadlines and deliverables for multi-channel campaigns. WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in copywriting, content creation, or creative strategy, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, design or related field; or equivalent work experience and education.
• Technical skills: Strong understanding of SEO principles, audience segmentation, and storytelling techniques. Proven expertise in crafting compelling, results-driven copy for digital, social, print, and video platforms. Proficient at leveraging tools and techniques like SEO, content optimization and AI-driven writing tools
• Skills: Experience collaborating with designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to create integrated campaigns. Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
• Abilities: Can read, write, speak and understand English. Can balance creative ambition with strategic business goals, delivering copy that inspires action. Can create audience-focused content,
• Travel ability: Office environment
• Schedule: Full time; hybrid option for 1 day remote
