The Role:

As a Manager - Client Implementation, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful onboarding and implementation of our new clients. You will lead a team of Implementation Managers, focusing on driving efficient and effective project execution while maintaining high standards for technical quality. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing client escalations, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring our implementation processes contribute to rapid time-to-revenue and a positive client experience. Within the Professional Services organization, you are a key leader, and are expected to contribute to the product roadmap, and report on the key results of your team.

How You Will Make an Impact:

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide direct leadership to a team of Implementation Managers, focusing on daily operational guidance, performance feedback, and professional development

  • Implement consistent coaching and mentoring practices to ensure your team meets and exceeds performance targets

  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify individual and team skill gaps, and create targeted development plans

  • Maintain and improve upon the onboarding and training process, to ensure new team members are able to quickly contribute to the team

Technical & Implementation Excellence:

  • Oversee the day-to-day execution of client implementation and re-implementation projects, ensuring adherence to established processes and timelines

  • Proactively identify and address technical challenges during implementation, providing timely support and guidance to your team

  • Monitor and report on key implementation metrics, such as launched Eligible Employees and Time to Revenue, and implement process improvements based on data analysis

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex project issues, working directly with your team and clients to resolve problems efficiently

Strategic Alignment and Client Relationships:

  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment on implementation requirements and advocate for improvements that enhance the client experience

  • Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders, providing project updates and ensuring clear expectations are set and met

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

  • Contribute to the strategic planning within the Professional Services team, and assist in creating initiatives that improve client satisfaction

What You Bring to The Team:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field, and 6+ years of related professional experience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing implementation teams within a SaaS environment

  • Strong understanding of best-practice implementation methodologies and experience applying them to complex software integrations

  • Proven client relationship management skills, with a focus on clear communication and exceeding client expectations

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to manage project timelines and budgets, and expertise in risk management and issue resolution

  • A focus on creating a positive and collaborative team environment
