  • Implements Influencer (or KOL) driven initiatives and Lifestyle publication placements across numerous Marketing campaigns. 

  • Assists in PR and media networking efforts, ensuring that the team is constantly building new relationships across various media and influencer groups. 

  • Aids in developing, and leads in executing 360 PR strategies that contribute to business goals.

  • Oversee KOL content and Press releases, ensuring a minimum engagement rate (ER) of 6% across influencer campaigns and 300% ROI on organically seeded materials.

  • Helps manage PR agencies and internal PR partners to ensure on time and effective implementation of campaign plans

  • Organizes and oversees the execution of PR events along with the rest of the team.
    QUALIFICATIONS (Minimum requirements in terms of experience and background, skills and competencies for sourcing purposes)

  • 2 years experience in PR strategy, media relations, and influencer marketing.

  • Has an understanding of the PR culture and data needed for reporting performance.
    DISPLAYS(The Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviors indicating how tasks / responsibilities will be performed)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Org Comm, or a related field.

  • 2+ years of experience in public relations, media relations, or event management, influencer marketing. 

  • Existing network of media and influencer contacts.

  • Strong time management experience and presentation skills

  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset in measuring PR value, ROI, and effectiveness.

  • Eye for beauty and in the know when it comes to trends in pop culture, fintech, celebrities and the like.

  • Excellent stakeholder management with media, KOLs, external partners, and relevant internal teams.
