.Job Responsibilities:
Marketing planning and implementation
1. Marketing framework & activities planning
• Apply structure marketing frameworks (e.g MKT funnels, segmentation, proposition, touch point, growth loops) develop the execution plan which is aligned with business goals and marketing expected outcomes for product MKT and other strategic projects
• Understand market trend & consumer insight analysis
• Leverage data and insights to understand needs, behaviors and pain points
• Understand clearly the target segments and personas
• Collaborate closely with Product, Distribution, Risk & Compliance team to ensure translating product features into compelling customer benefits and messaging
• Ensure consistency of proposition across all touchpoints and channels
• Take lead for customer promotion development from T&C preparation, scheme set up with IT, and communication development.
2. GTM development and implementation
• Collaborate with creative team, media and corporate communication team to prepare a communication plan including concept, creative asset and launching plan
• Ensure disciplined campaign planning, execution and post-campaign evaluation
• Ensure the objectives are translated well into different marketing touch points
3. Campaign Performance Management & Optimization
• Establish clear KPIs and track performance across campaigns and channels
• Use data analytics to derive actionable insights and improve effectiveness
• Regularly review and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI and business impact
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Internal Marketing Teams, other stakeholders including Product, Distribution, OP, IT, Finance Teams to ensure alignment
• Act as a bridge between business, customer, and marketing execution
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver integrated campaigns
Requirements:
• BA degree holder in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Experience in finance service/ life insurance or digital commerce is a plus
• 7-10+ years’ experience in Marketing focused on product marketing and/or acquisition
• Strong undertanding of intergrated marketing including digital marketing
• Proven track record of driving customer growth and campaign performance
• A marketing person with strong commercial and business mindset
Skills Required
