Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic, data-driven, and results-oriented Senior Manager, B2B Integrated Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that build PayPal’s brand, drive demand, and accelerate revenue across our Enterprise and SMB segments.
This role is for a seasoned marketing leader (10–15 years of experience) who can move seamlessly between strategic vision and flawless execution. You will drive U.S. market campaigns across the full funnel, from brand awareness to demand generation—while influencing global teams, leading agency partners, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders. This role will report to the Senior Director of B2B Integrated Marketing.
The ideal candidate brings executive presence, strong project management discipline, and deep expertise in integrated campaign strategy, coupled with an analytical mindset that drives performance and operational excellence.

Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Identify and recommend best practices for marketing processes and initiatives
  • Analyze business trends to inform marketing decisions and strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive marketing projects and programs
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members

Expected Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualification:

Strategic Campaign Leadership 

  • Lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and execution of high-impact integrated marketing campaigns across the U.S. B2B business. 

  • Define the overarching marketing strategy, segmentation, value propositions, and messaging frameworks that ladder up to business goals and global brand priorities. 

  • Translate complex business objectives into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns that engage Enterprise and SMB audiences across paid, owned, and earned media. 

Brand & Creative Stewardship 

  • Serve as a brand guardian—ensuring all campaigns uphold PayPal’s brand promise, voice, and visual identity. 

  • Partner with the Brand and Creative teams to craft compelling narratives that differentiate PayPal in a competitive landscape. 

  • Champion innovation and creative excellence, constantly elevating campaign storytelling and customer engagement. 

Agency & Cross-Functional Leadership 

  • Act as the primary driver for agency relationships—setting clear expectations, managing deliverables, and holding teams accountable for quality and performance. 

  • Partner with internal teams across Product Marketing, Sales, Content, Growth, Events, and Analytics to align on priorities and deliver unified, impactful campaigns. 

  • Navigate ambiguity and build alignment across senior stakeholders, demonstrating executive presence in presenting strategies and results to leadership. 

Project & Operational Excellence 

  • Oversee project management across multiple workstreams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of campaigns. 

  • Implement scalable campaign processes and frameworks that drive efficiency and repeatability. 

  • Anticipate roadblocks, manage dependencies, and ensure alignment across functions and timelines. 

Performance, Analytics & Optimization 

  • Set clear KPIs for brand and demand programs, including awareness, engagement, pipeline contribution, and ROI. 

  • Leverage data and insights to optimize campaign performance, inform future strategy, and demonstrate marketing’s impact on business outcomes. 

  • Partner closely with Analytics, Growth, and Finance teams to connect campaign results to measurable business impact. 

 

Qualifications: 

Required:

  • 10–15 years of B2B marketing or integrated campaign experience, preferably in technology, payments, or SaaS industries. 

  • Demonstrated success leading full-funnel, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth. 

  • Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and presenting to executive leadership. 

  • Deep knowledge of the U.S. marketing and paid media landscape, with global collaboration experience. 

  • Strong understanding of the Enterprise and SMB customer lifecycle and buyer journey. 

  • Advanced project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously. 

  • Data-driven decision-maker with fluency in campaign analytics, attribution models, and performance optimization. 

Preferred:

  • Experience managing and optimizing agency partnerships for large-scale, integrated campaigns. 

  • Strong storytelling and creative collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex messages into compelling narratives. 

  • Experience with demand generation and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies. 

  • Track record of driving innovation, operational improvement, and scalable campaign frameworks. 

  • Growth mindset, with the ability to lead through influence and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.
