How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead a team to develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for AI-driven HR solutions that reflect business priorities
- Guide the full product lifecycle for AI features, from initial concept through launch and ongoing iteration
- Serve as the link between technical AI teams and HR stakeholders by translating complex AI capabilities into actionable product requirements
- Develop and manage a product roadmap that prioritizes strategic objectives and incremental delivery of impactful projects
- Define and monitor success metrics for AI features and solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with HR teams, Legal, and other business groups to gather requirements, manage expectations, and foster product adoption

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications/Education
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience
- 3+ years of experience leading technology transformation projects with a focus on automation and process efficiency
Preferred Qualifications/Experience
- 3+ years of product management experience in SaaS platforms such as Oracle, HCM, Workday or SAP
Skills
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team to achieve objectives
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills for influencing stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to connect AI capabilities with HR needs
- Empathy for employee and HR user experiences
- Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity in fast-changing AI environments
- Deep understanding of HR processes such as recruiting, onboarding, talent management and employee life cycle, as well as associated technologies and systems
