This role manages and facilitates the recruiting operations processes for experienced financial professionals (“EXPs”) across Prudential Advisors, including both statutory agents and 1099 contractors. The Manager, Advisor Recruiting Operations leads the end-to-end offer process, collaborating with recruiting operations team members, firm leadership as well as partners from Prudential Advisors and LPL Enterprises. Key responsibilities include managing recruiting processes, ensuring adherence to SOPs and SLAs, technology enhancements, and supporting business partners toward key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end recruiting operations, including transitional compensation, offer packages, management of cross-company relationships, and escalating issues as needed for experienced advisor candidates.
  • Serve as primary and back-up for recruiting operations roles, ensuring business continuity.
  • Conduct weekly/bi-weekly meetings with Territory Leadership (TVP, VPSI, Sr. People Business Leader) to review recruiting pipeline and resolve issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Field Management to support firm recruiting pipeline.
  • Analyze and report on recruiting activity, trends, and pipeline to senior leadership on a weekly and quarterly basis.
  • Advise firm management on advisor offers and provide industry best practices to maximize offer acceptance rates.
  • Support firm and territory leadership on recruiting processes and systems; facilitate ongoing learning as needed.
  • Act as key contact for technology systems related to recruiting operations, including process design, testing, and implementation.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends and opportunities for process and compensation efficiency.
  • Develop and manage standard operating procedures for recruiting operations.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting operations, HR operations, or related field—preferably within financial services or a highly regulated industry.
  • Deep knowledge of end-to-end recruiting processes, including background checks, compensation, and offer management.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and report findings to senior leadership.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills; able to influence at multiple levels.
  • Experience developing and delivering training to leaders and contributors.
  • Comfort with process improvement, technology implementation, and change management.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Demonstrated commitment to compliance and operational excellence.

What we offer you:Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $106,000.00 to $174,900.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
