Job Summary:
As a Management Trainee at Pattern, you will embark on a dynamic journey to develop your leadership skills and gain comprehensive exposure to various aspects of our business. This program is designed to fast-track your career, equipping you with the knowledge and experience needed to excel in a management role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Rotational Training: immerse yourself in structured rotations across key departments Brand, Marketing, Demand Planning, Logistics and Operations to gain a holistic understanding of our business.
China Rotation (Guangzhou): Participate in an on‑the‑ground rotation at our Guangzhou Operations Hub to deepen your understanding of regional operations and cross‑border workflows
Team Collaboration: Work closely with mentors and team leaders to develop solutions that align with Pattern’s mission and values.
Leadership Development: Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance your leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.
