Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in rotational assignments across different departments – Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Tech, Finance, and HR
- Support operational and strategic project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Analyze business data to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with leaders for professional growth
- Undertake hands-on projects utilizing AI tools and data-driven insights to enhance strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Demonstrate adaptability and proactivity in a dynamic business environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication leadership skills
- Familiarity or interest in AI technologies
