The Financial Reporting Specialist manages financial records, ensures compliance, oversees general ledger maintenance, and leads a team in accounting functions.

Lead and approve all creative output across agency teams, drive ideation, strategy, production, and publication for social, marketplace, web, and platform content. Improve workflows, support sales/client engagement, align creatives with business KPIs, and manage team performance and delivery.

Manage treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, bank relationship management, SAP cash reporting, loan execution, corporate card oversight, audit support, and lead and develop the treasury team to ensure accurate cash management and compliance.

Lead and manage the photography department, coordinate and execute photoshoots, ensure brand-consistent high-quality images, oversee equipment and studio operations, manage post-production and quality control, work within budgets, and train and evaluate the photography team.

Create end-to-end video content for social media: ideation, storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, optimization and performance analysis. Collaborate with marketing, deliver platform-specific assets, and iterate based on analytics and feedback.

Support the Commercial Team with backend processes, administrative tasks, shop audits, data extraction and analysis, stakeholder coordination, and participation in meetings to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Support the creative team by designing marketing and promotional materials, contributing to brainstorming, assisting design workflows and ad-hoc requests, learning design principles and staying current on trends and tools.

Lead and scale nationwide fulfillment, warehouse, and inventory operations for B2C and B2B channels. Drive process improvement, automation, KPI monitoring, demand forecasting, budget management, safety compliance, and cross-functional strategic planning. Build and mentor a high-performing operations team to improve productivity, reduce costs, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment.

Support HR and administration with daily tasks and projects: maintain files and records, conduct research, attend meetings and training, coordinate team tasks, produce timely work, and follow company policies and confidentiality. Gain hands-on experience in HR operations.
