Senior Consultant - Healthcare Payer Transformation & Client Success Position Summary We are seeking a seasoned Healthcare Payer Consulting professional with deep expertise in the US Health Plan/Payer industry, business process transformation, and strategic client relationship management. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to payer clients, acting as the primary on-site business partner and subject matter expert (SME) representing Hexaware's integrated Business Process Services (BPS) and IT capabilities. Provide strategic guidance on payer operations, business transformation opportunities, and industry best practices. Advise clients on operational efficiency, member experience, provider experience, compliance, and digital transformation initiatives. Act as a trusted business consultant and executive advisor to client stakeholders. Customer Success & Executive Relationship Management Build, nurture, and strengthen relationships with client executives and key business stakeholders. Establish Hexaware as a strategic partner by aligning services with client business objectives and growth plans. Function as the primary customer success lead and client advocate for assigned accounts. Identify risks, address escalations, and drive successful issue resolution across team
