We are looking for a motivated graduate to join Ericsson as a Managed Service (MS) Presales Lead - Intern. In this role, you will support presales activities for our Managed Services portfolio, working with cross-functional teams and the EMEA MS Presales organization to serve customers across the region who are looking to outsource their operational activities. You will contribute to business development and to the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, responding to customer bid requests and driving unsolicited offers in line with the strategic plan.
What You Will Do
- Support the definition of scope and solution for Managed Services engagements.
- Translate customer requirements into efficient and scalable delivery models
- Provide input requirements and interact with Ericsson Global Delivery Center organization
- Request and review costing for defined solution and identify risk factors and mitigation actions
- Prepare documentation and presentations to describe the offer, underlying assumptions and value for the customer
- Create Business Cases to assess financial attractiveness and profitability of opportunities
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to two years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive mindset, eagerness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
