For our IP Delivery unit in Maastricht, we are looking for an MS Delivery Coordinator IP someone who thrives on coordination, connects people and technology, and ensures predictable delivery in a complex technical environment. As an MS Delivery Coordinator IP, you are the central link between engineering, operations, and stakeholders. You ensure that IP build and integration services are delivered smoothly, on time, and in line with agreed quality and cost targets.
What you will do:
- Coordinate day to day delivery activities, including resource planning and scheduling (local and remote)
- Distribute and align work across international teams
- Take full ownership of change management within your domain
- Govern network changes and the end to end change process (including Method of Procedure)
- Support projects from quotation phase to implementation, including effort and man hour estimations
- Monitor and control time, cost, and quality across your delivery portfolio
- Collaborate closely with customers and stakeholders
- Act as backup for the Technical Manager when required
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement of processes and team collaboration
- You will work in a multidisciplinary team of telecom and IT specialists and be involved throughout the full delivery lifecycle from design and testing to integration and customer acceptance.
The skills you bring:
You are someone who keeps a clear overview, takes responsibility, and easily bridges the gap between people and technology. You enjoy working independently while being a strong team player. You bring:
- A Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or Computer Science
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including several years in telecom and IP environments
- Experience with project delivery and implementations
- Broad knowledge of telecom, IT, and IP networks
- Understanding of 2G, 4G, and 5G architectures
- Knowledge of IP protocols and IP security
- Experience with ITIL processes (certification is a plus)
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
- You are proactive, solution oriented, and comfortable taking the lead while bringing others along.
