As the Incident Management - Sr Advisor I, you will oversee complex incident management processes, ensuring efficient resolutions and reducing business impact. Your deep expertise will be critical in mitigating risks and continuously improving our incident response protocols. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support Fiserv’s commitment to operational excellence and client satisfaction.
What you'll do:
Drive excellence in the incident management process to ensure swift resolution and minimal business impact.
Collaborate with various departments to enhance incident response strategies and protocols.
Analyze incident trends and develop action plans to prevent future occurrences.
Ensure all incidents are documented accurately and comprehensively.
Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

Experience you'll need to have:
8+ years of experience in incident management and response
4+ years of experience with Confluence and Jira for managing release and incident tickets
4+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and Kibana
8+ years of an equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience
Experience that would be great to have:
Experience with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics or other APM solutions
Experience with the Atlassian Suite and ServiceNow for incident management
