Job Description:

About this Role:

The Pasteurizer Operator role at the Faison location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Running various food manufacturing processing equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performing facility/work area housekeeping duties in accordance with good manufacturing practices and company policies and procedures.
• Stay with assigned machine while in operation.
• Monitor CCP: Check side temperature, set heating temperature, cycle time, and tempering water temperature per finished product specifications.
• Adjust water valves for cooling section as side temperatures warrant.
• Check all windows for proper water flow.
• Check all drains to ensure no back up of water flow.
• Must verify water temperature of each pasteurizer and document settings on pasteurizer evaluation form as SOP requires.

Important Details: To manage the flow of product from production to the Labeling Room, while maintaining controls to ensure the safety and quality of the product.
