We are looking for an experienced M365 / SaaS Administrator to manage and support the organization's Microsoft 365 environment along with enterprise collaboration and SaaS applications.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
- Manage Entra ID, users, groups, licenses, MFA, and Conditional Access.
- Manage Entra ID Connect / Cloud Sync and troubleshoot synchronization issues.
- Support SSO, SAML, and OAuth integrations.
- Administer SaaS platforms such as Zoom, Slack, Jira, and Confluence.
- Handle L1/L2/L3 incidents, troubleshooting, RCA, and vendor coordination.
