About the Role
At Daimler Truck Financial Services (DTFS), we are looking for a Mexico Revenue Operations Manager to play a critical role in driving our commercial strategy, pricing excellence, sales enablement, and revenue growth initiatives across Mexico.
This position serves as a strategic partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Product, and Pricing teams, translating market intelligence and financial analysis into actionable programs, tools, and recommendations that enhance profitability, operational effectiveness, and customer value.
Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director Mexico and working in close collaboration with the Manager of Revenue Operations North America, this role also includes people leadership responsibilities, driving team performance, development, and execution.

What You'll DoPricing Strategy & Commercial Excellence
  • Develop and execute pricing strategies across customer segments to maximize profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Leverage profitability metrics, including RORAC analysis, to support pricing decisions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive activity, economic conditions, and customer behavior to recommend pricing actions.
  • Collaborate with Pricing Controlling, Risk, Product, Finance, and Sales teams to ensure pricing alignment and governance.
  • Lead preparation and follow-up activities for monthly Pricing Committee meetings.
Sales Programs & Market Initiatives
  • Design and implement promotional campaigns, product bundles, and pricing programs aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate launches with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure effective communication and adoption.
  • Measure program performance, business impact, and return on investment.
Revenue Operations & Process Improvement
  • Lead Revenue Operations initiatives focused on process optimization, analytics modernization, automation, and system enhancements.
  • Drive cross-functional projects involving Sales, Marketing, Product, Risk, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Support requirements gathering, testing, implementation, and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Represent Mexico in regional and global Revenue Operations and Pricing initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Commercial Support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for pricing and sales support inquiries.
  • Develop pricing tools, dealer communications, customer materials, sales guides, and playbooks.
  • Deliver training and updates that enhance field readiness and commercial effectiveness.
  • Support complex commercial transactions and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Planning & Financial Management
  • Support annual planning cycles, revenue forecasting, and pricing assumptions.
  • Partner with Finance to monitor OPEX, budgets, and commercial expenditures.
  • Identify financial risks, opportunities, and business insights that support decision-making.
People Leadership
  • Lead, coach, and develop direct reports.
  • Establish clear goals, expectations, and performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll BringRequired Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Pricing, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Commercial Analytics, or Sales Support within Financial Services.
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, profitability drivers, commercial programs, and regulatory considerations in Mexico.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations.
  • Knowledge of AI, analytics, automation, or machine learning applications that support commercial decision-making.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree (MBA, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or related field).
  • Experience working in multinational organizations and cross-functional environments.
  • Knowledge of commercial finance, captive finance, or automotive financial services industries.
