Coordinate procurement and supplier activities to ensure timely delivery of vehicle components. Interface with engineering, purchasing, logistics, and suppliers to track orders, manage exceptions and quality issues, report at-risk parts, facilitate cross-border logistics, and support cross-functional process improvements.

Lead agile, cross-functional aftermarket strategic projects to improve parts supply chain performance. Develop business cases, align stakeholders, prove concepts, implement process improvements, manage timelines/budgets, and report progress. Collaborate with dealers, suppliers, customers, and internal SMEs to optimize delivery lead times and cost.

Design and configure custom chassis components and mid-chassis packaging for vocational trucks. Collaborate with customer application engineering, manufacturing, and senior engineers to develop solutions, support configuration management, maintain metrics/visuals, and enable efficient upfit integration.

Lead technical development of low-voltage vehicle integration projects including battery enclosures, power cable design/routing, and mounting hardware. Collaborate with mechatronics, validation, manufacturing, quality, and purchasing. Create CAD designs, engineering documentation, and presentations. Drive quality improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and support cross-functional program requirements using systems engineering approaches.

Lead and coordinate a team on the assembly/remanufacturing of electronic/mechatronic units to meet production, quality, and safety goals. Manage staffing, schedules, MRP transactions, 5S, training, and continuous improvement under minimal supervision.

Support sales operations by preparing and tracking vehicle orders, offers, inventories, and demo use in systems (primarily SAP and NOVIS). Maintain documentation, ensure approvals, produce regular reports, liaise with sales/marketing teams, and provide timely customer-facing follow-up and compliance support.

Serve as HR-focused PMO liaison to align and oversee people-oriented projects with corporate strategy. Manage project plans, KPIs, standards, training, reporting, and strategic HR planning to ensure scope, budget, quality, and deadlines are met.

Maintain and update the IMS compatibility database and compatibility logic rules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define option timing and configuration rules, perform TSO backlog impact analysis, interpret and communicate rules, and facilitate exemptions to ensure accurate non-production and production orders supporting testing, validation, and dealer-facing SpecPro data.

Define and own occupant controls and driver interfaces for Freightliner/Western Star vehicles. Participate in cross-functional teams, author requirements, coordinate stakeholders, pilot design/process improvements, and ensure system implementations meet definitions.

Lead and manage cost reduction and complexity optimization projects through cross-functional collaboration, project timelines, OLT governance, and executive reporting. Facilitate reviews, validate technical measures with stakeholders, maintain project status, and produce dashboards/KPIs to drive implementation from concept through change execution.

Optimize aftermarket parts pricing to maximize revenue, volume and margin. Conduct market research, analyze profitability and price elasticity, build financial models, test pricing strategies, maintain pricing tool and price releases, resolve pricing issues, present findings, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing and digital teams.

Develops and delivers vocational and medium-duty training for internal teams, dealers, and TEMs. Creates digital and instructor-led content, administers LMS and learner records, analyzes training metrics, manages communications and inquiries, and facilitates webinars and events to improve product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience.

Provide legal support to Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Accounting by drafting and reviewing commercial contracts and agreements, assessing specialized services and government sales, managing contract administration, supporting dispute resolution and audits, coordinating with law firms, and assisting the Sr. Legal Manager on special projects to ensure low-risk, efficient commercial operations.

Develop and maintain BI solutions, dashboards and KPI monitoring using Excel and Power BI. Design and implement process automation with Power Automate and SharePoint. Analyze sales and business performance, manage databases and data quality, gather stakeholder requirements, document processes, and provide user support and training to improve operational decision-making.
