Serve as Product Owner for the Point of Sale system supporting credit applications, quoting, and contract document workflows across Canada and Mexico. Gather and document requirements, partner with IT for enhancements and integrations (including e-signature), lead UAT, validate credit and quotation logic, ensure regulatory compliance, and train/end-user support while communicating updates and risks to leadership.

Design and deliver enterprise IT solutions for Daimler Truck Financial Services, architecting microservices and integrations, supporting service operations, ensuring security/compliance, collaborating with product and infrastructure teams, and leading proof-of-concept and implementation activities.

Lead origination and execution of bundled product initiatives for US and Canadian markets, developing business cases, pilots, KPIs, and rollout packages. Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Credit, Operations, IT, Legal, and OEMs; manage one analyst; perform competitive benchmarking, financial modeling, and dealer/customer enablement for scalable implementation of financing, insurance, warranty, telematics and aftermarket bundles.

Lead receiving operations in an automated warehouse: set workloads, train and cross-train staff, operate material handling equipment, support supervisors, ensure safety and consistent workflow, and use TOS/WMS tools (DView, SAP, Cognos, Microsoft Office).
