What You’ll Do:
Collaborating closely with our Meeting & Events (M&E) division, the Strategic Services Intern will play a central role within our team, with responsibilities including:

• Writing/editing internal engagement communications to keep the team aligned and motivated.
• Conducting light video editing to create compelling internal training and employee engagement materials.
• Managing schedules and coordinating meetings to ensure smooth project progression.
• Taking detailed notes during meetings – or leveraging a tool to do so - to capture important information and action items.
• Handling project management tasks to ensure deliverables are met on time.
• Publishing content to our intranet via a content management system, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accessible.

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of skills and experiences:

• Currently enrolled in a related degree program.
• Has a strong ability to learn and adapt rapidly to new AI technologies and tools.
• Possesses excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrates a capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Is a creative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset, open to experimentation and innovation.
• Brings some experience in video editing and animation – a significant plus!

Location

The US national hourly wage range for this position is from $15.00 to $30.00 per hour.  The national range provided includes the hourly rate that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual hourly wage rate will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
