This is more than an analytics role. You will help establish a truly insight-led culture where decisions across campaigns, communications activities, content, web, paid media, events, customer engagement, and CRM are increasingly guided by evidence, measurable outcomes, and business impact.
You will work at the intersection of Marketing, Communications, customer engagement, CRM, and business performance, helping teams and leaders make better decisions through data and actionable insights. At the same time, you will play a key role in driving the adoption of data-driven ways of working across the organization.
If you enjoy building new capabilities, influencing change, and translating complex data into meaningful business impact, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting difference.
What you will do• Build and evolve the Marketing & Communications Insights & Performance capability.• Define how Marketing & Communications performance is measured, analysed, and applied to drive business outcomes.• Develop KPI frameworks, measurement approaches, dashboards, and reporting structures.• Analyse performance across campaigns, content, web, paid media, events, customer engagement, and communications activities.• Connect Marketing & Communications performance data with CRM, customer engagement, and sales-related data to create end-to-end business insights.• Identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers, turning analysis into actionable recommendations.• Enable teams and stakeholders to use data and insights in planning, prioritization, and decision-making.• Drive adoption of data-driven ways of working and help strengthen an insight-led culture across the organization.
The skills you bring
We believe successful candidates bring a combination of analytical expertise, business understanding, and the ability to influence change.• Experience in Marketing & Communications performance measurement, analytics, customer insights, CRM, or customer engagement.• Experience building or evolving KPI frameworks, dashboards, reporting capabilities, or insights functions.• Experience connecting performance data with customer, commercial, or business outcomes.• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and performance drivers.• The ability to translate complex data, metrics, and statistics into actionable business recommendations.• Experience working with campaign measurement, marketing automation, CRM platforms, and customer journey insights.• The ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption through expertise, collaboration, and credibility.• Experience using AI-enabled tools and modern analytics approaches to improve insight generation and decision-making.
Most importantly, you enjoy working with data, finding patterns others miss, and helping people make better decisions through evidence and insight. You are energized by building new capabilities and creating lasting organizational change.
