You and your team will lead the exciting transformation within Sourcing with high involvement from all sourcing departments. Your mission is not simply to optimize today's ways of working - it is to reimagine them.
You will lead the evolution from a process-centric operations to an AI-enabled operating model where humans and intelligent automation work together to create faster decisions, better employee and supplier experiences and significantly higher productivity.
The Leader is a member of the Global Sourcing Leadership Team reporting to Head of Group Sourcing and as the sourcing organization continues its transformation journey, this role will naturally also evolve over time.
The primary location for this role is Stockholm, Sweden.
What you will do:
- Define and execute the Transformation roadmap for Sourcing in close collaboration with your Leadership team colleagues.
- Drive the transformation from traditional process management to AI-enabled operations, adopting best practises from industry leaders and digital pioneers.
- Develop the capabilities, skills and technology foundation needed for the transformation.
- Establish governance for AI, data and digital capabilities, ensuring innovation is balanced with compliance, security and responsible use of AI.
- Partner closely with other Ericsson functions, such as Enterprise IT, Data & AI, Finance and Legal to accelerate and align transformation
- Lead the Change Management journey, building the leadership, capabilities and culture required to successfully adopt new technologies and ways of working.
The skills you bring:
- Education: BSC and MBA or equivalent
- Min years of experience: 15 Years of which 5 years in Leadership Role
- Leadership experience within Digital Transformation/Change Management
- Knowledge and a big interest in AI, data and emerging technologies
