Cardinal Health Canada seeks a highly motivated sales leader for the role of LTC Sales Manager supporting all of Western Canada. Ideal candidate will be located in British Colombia or Alberta area.
Reporting to the VP, Non-Acute Sales, the LTC Sales Manager, West, is responsible for leading a team of Territory Managers and a Clinical Specialist across the four Western provinces, to achieving revenue and margin goals above market growth rates and developing solid relationships with assigned customers across the region. The Manager will maintain and expand relationships with LTC facilities in Western Canada and drive profitable growth. As part of the non-acute leadership team, this role will collaborate with peers and cross-functional teams to offer exceptional customer experience.
This role provides coaching and in-the-field direction to the Western LTC sales team in addition to the management of sales and expense budgeting, forecasting and tracking and implementing regional strategies and tactics to achieve both short term and long-term business goals.

Your Contributions to the Organization will be:
Lead, coach and mentor the Western LTC sales team to build and deliver scalable sales results.
Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to achieve business objectives and ensure the team meets account performance objectives and customer expectations.
Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and regional strategic objectives.
Collaborate with the non-acute sales leaders on national strategies and best practices.
Support team with the development and implementation of territory plans in line with product and service, business priorities, including key stakeholder mapping.
Assign and review individual and team goals, sales targets (quota) and performance.
Engage in meaningful business relationships with key customers in the region.
Expectations:
Achieve assigned sales quota in designated accounts and region.
Meet assigned expectations for profitability.
Complete strategic customer account plans that meet company standards.
Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
In field travel 50% and higher to all Western provinces as required, and to the head office in Ontario, quarterly.

Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
Minimum of 8 years sales/industry experience
Sales leadership experience is preferred
Strong business and financial acumen
Proven sales quota achievement track record.
Experience selling to long-term care organizations, as asset.

Proficiency with Outlook, MS Office Suite, and Sales Force.com
Experience prioritizing multiple projects, programs and objectives
