Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
  • Monitor resident conditions and report changes
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications
  • Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Must maintain all required continuing education
  • Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
