We are seeking a dependable and compassionate PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in our skilled nursing environment. This role offers flexibility while still being part of a supportive clinical team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care per care plans and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Active LPN license in South Carolina (in good standing)
- Current CPR certification
- Must maintain all required continuing education
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
