Manage medical and general supply inventory for a skilled nursing facility, including purchasing, receiving, stocking, distribution, PAR levels, vendor coordination, purchase orders, deliveries, budget monitoring, and cost control. Maintain accurate records, verify deliveries, support audits, and ensure supplies are properly stored and available to nursing and other departments.

Training role supporting administration of a long-term care facility under a licensed preceptor. Responsibilities include analyzing operations, assisting with budgeting and revenue tracking, monitoring regulatory compliance, supporting staffing and HR matters, managing risk and safety programs, coordinating with clinical and support teams, assisting with vendors and capital improvements, and maintaining community and healthcare relationships. The role requires relocation from Utah to another listed state.
