Provide QA oversight in a skilled nursing facility: monitor CMS quality measures, audit point-of-care documentation, manage falls and wound programs, review hospital transfers, support infection control and NIV program, ensure regulatory readiness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and provide clinical support and on-call coverage.

Manage business office operations for a skilled nursing facility: obtain Medi‑Cal/Medicaid authorizations, oversee billing/payments and resident trust funds, supervise office staff, track census and redeterminations, prepare TARS and bank deposits, perform collections, and support administrative reporting.

Support the Social Service Director in planning, implementing, and evaluating facility social service programs. Coordinate resident assessments, discharge planning, community referrals, Medicare/Medicaid information, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Maintain social service records, assist residents and families with emotional and psychosocial needs, participate in training, and help develop policies and department budgets.

Perform food service duties including tray setup, serving, dishwashing and operating the dishwasher, preparing snacks, maintaining kitchen cleanliness and sanitation, stocking groceries, monitoring dishwashing chemical and water temperatures, and assisting cook and dietary supervisor. Must obtain food handler certification and follow recipes and procedures.

Lead and manage the facility Social Services Department, providing psychosocial assessments, counseling, discharge planning, resource coordination, documentation, regulatory compliance, resident advocacy, staff education, and interdisciplinary collaboration to support residents' emotional and psychosocial well-being in a skilled nursing/post-acute setting.

Prepare meal trays, wash dishes, and perform other dietary department tasks for senior residents. Provide compassionate service, follow facility procedures, and pass required background checks. Minimum 8th grade education; prior dietary aide experience preferred.
