Provide and oversee resident clinical care in a post-acute facility: assess, plan, implement, and evaluate treatments; administer medications; supervise and mentor nursing staff; document condition changes and communicate with physicians and families; ensure regulatory compliance, infection control, and a safe environment; educate and support residents and families.
