Participate in a tuition-paid 6-week CNA training program, gain hands-on supervised experience assisting residents with hygiene, mobility, feeding, and infection control, report condition changes, complete coursework, and transition to full-time CNA employment upon certification.

Manage medical and general supply inventory: order, receive, stock, and distribute supplies; maintain inventory records and budget; monitor usage; coordinate with nursing leadership and vendors; use ordering software to manage purchases.

Provide skilled nursing care per physician orders and care plans, administer medications and treatments, monitor and document resident conditions, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain a safe, compassionate environment and support resident wellbeing.

Provides medically related social services to post-acute care residents and families. Assesses psychosocial needs, develops care plans, offers counseling and emotional support, assists with healthcare decisions and community resources, coordinates appointments and discharge planning, tracks belongings, documents resident status, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and outside agencies.

Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents: administer medications and treatments, monitor vitals, assist with ADLs, document in EMR, collaborate with RN/physicians, participate in care planning, follow policies and infection control, and communicate with families and team members.

Collaborates with physical therapists, speech therapists, nursing, and other interdisciplinary team members while maintaining clinical and regulatory compliance. The role offers full-time, part-time, or PRN scheduling.

Provides nursing care to skilled nursing residents during the AM shift, including medication and treatment administration, vital-sign monitoring, condition assessment, documentation in EMR systems, and reporting changes to RNs or physicians. Supervises and supports CNAs, communicates with residents, families, and physicians, and ensures compliance with care plans, safety standards, and long-term-care regulations.

Provides medically related social services to residents and families, assessing psychosocial needs, offering emotional support, contributing to care plans, and coordinating discharge planning. The role arranges appointments and community resources, supports healthcare decisions, assists with personal requests, maintains regulatory documentation, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams and community agencies.

Oversee regional accounts receivable operations, including statement generation, collections, payer-contract billing, billing-system administration, compliance, reporting, and performance improvement. Collaborate with and train AR teams and office managers, assist with recruiting and team management, protect confidential information, and monitor resident trust accounts. The role requires travel as needed and strong knowledge of assisted living or independent living billing.

Provides full-time AM-shift nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. Leads and supervises LVNs and CNAs, performs clinical assessments, administers medications and treatments, manages individualized care plans, maintains accurate medical records, and ensures regulatory compliance. Serves as the clinical liaison among physicians, residents’ families, and facility administration.

Assists with planning and delivering social services for residents in a healthcare facility. Duties include addressing emotional and social needs, maintaining progress notes, coordinating appointments and discharge planning, connecting residents with community resources, supporting families, completing administrative documentation, and maintaining resident confidentiality. The role collaborates with clinical staff and external agencies and requires a high school diploma or equivalent; healthcare experience and an associate or bachelor’s degree are preferred.
