Make a difference in the lives of our patients as a LPN or CMA at our Richmond Clinic! In this role, you will room and document thorough medical history from patients, communicate results and relevant medical information and ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time among other duties.
To be successful in this position, you will need to work well both independently and with others, have the desire and ability to communicate well with coworkers, patients and their families. You should have the ability to assess, problem solve and handle tasks as they arise.
This position will occasionally work at the Paynesville Clinic.
Schedule
- Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Richmond Clinic
- Various days Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Approximately every 16th Saturday | 7:30 am – 12:00 pm at the Paynesville Clinic
Pay and Benefits
- LPN starting pay begins at $22.40 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $22.40 - $33.58 per hour
- CMA starting pay begins at $20.92 per hour; exact wage determined by years of related experience
- Pay range: $20.92 - $31.06 per hour
- $2,500 (LPN) and $2,000 (CMA) hiring bonus
- $5,000 relocation bonus

Qualifications
Licensed Practical Nurse
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
OR
CMA
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with one of the following:
- American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA)
- American Medical Technologists (AMT)
- National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT)
- National Healthcareer Association (NHA)
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card
To be eligible for the hiring bonus or relocation bonus, you must be hired into an eligible full or part-time benefited position. Bonuses will only be awarded in cases where the applicant has not worked for CentraCare for at least the past nine months. Relocation bonus also requires that you currently live more than 50 miles from the Paynesville Clinic and must relocate to within 30 miles of the clinic within 120 days of employment.
