Logistics System Analyst & Rollout Engineer

We are looking for a professional to develop and implement CCTV (Closed-Circuit Television) solutions in logistics and industrial environments. The candidate will be responsible for supporting the creation of intelligent video analytics, server adjustments, and computer configurations to ensure optimal performance of monitoring systems.

Additionally, this role will play a key part in the standardization and expansion of these projects to other units, leading rollouts and ensuring system integration across different regions. The candidate will also support Sentinela implementation and regular maintenance, as well as provide technical advisement on Sentinela, BVMS, and SAP-EWM related topics.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Act as Sentinela Rollout Expert (Bosch In-house solution) for assigned projects, ensuring successful implementation in various warehouses.

• Design and implement CCTV solutions, ensuring optimal coverage and system efficiency;

• Configure and optimize intelligent video analytics (e.g., motion detection, license plate recognition, access control);

• Adjust and manage servers to ensure proper storage and processing of captured footage;

• Configure and maintain computers, servers and other equipment related to the CCTV system;

• Plan and execute CCTV project rollouts to other company distribution centers;

• Provide technical support and training to local teams on new implementations;

• Ensure compliance with security standards and industry best practices;

• Manage projects related to CCTV and IT infrastructure, ensuring timely execution, budget control, and stakeholder coordination;

• Leverage logistics expertise to design and optimize CCTV solutions specific to warehouse and industrial environments;

• Support Sentinela implementation and regular maintenance, acting as a Sentinela Super User to support worldwide operations;

• Keep strong follow-up on developments and project plans and present project status regularly;

• Conduct tests to ensure smooth go-lives and improve end-user experience with Sentinela Analytics;

• Conduct training for Sentinela Analytics for end-users, key-users, and management;

• Solve tickets within agreed SLA, which may require working on weekends or late nights (occasionally);

• Support on a monthly basis Sentinela Sprints preparation, coordinate tests, and contribute to further development of the solution.

Educational qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related areas);

  Project management experience, including planning, execution, and coordination of teams;

• Certifications in electronic security, networking, or project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2);

• English - B2 Level or above (mandatory);

   

   

Experience :

• Knowledge of server and network configuration;

• Experience in deploying and managing projects across multiple locations;

• Networking knowledge, including IP configuration, VLANs, and troubleshooting;

• Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and its integration with security solutions;

Mandatory/requires Skills :

• Proven experience with CCTV and video surveillance systems;

• Familiarity with video analysis software and AI-based monitoring solutions;

• Skills in computer setup and maintenance as well as operating systems;

Preferred Skills :

• Logistics background, with knowledge of warehouse operations and infrastructure;

   

• Experience in logistics and industrial environments;

• Knowledge of security system integration with other devices (sensors, alarms, access control)

• Availability for travel, if necessary, to oversee rollouts in different regions;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Working Location will be in “Bosch Nelamangala Mega Distribution Center”
