The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and executing shipping, receiving, and inventory management activities to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods and materials.
- Leads team of hourly shipping / receiving associates
- Prepares shipping documents, labels, and packaging materials for outbound shipments
- Coordinates with carriers and logistics providers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Receives incoming shipments, inspects goods for damage or discrepancies, and processes receipts in inventory systems
- Performs inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and system records
- Maintains organized and efficient warehouse and storage areas
- Leads inventory control tasks, including cycle counts and stock rotation
- Supports annual Physical Inventory
- Supports training for all employees (i.e.: forklift, stand-up lift)
- Back-up for Materials Manager; fills in for out-of-office, etc.
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent

- Five (5) years of related experience
