Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise staffs of 3PLs for daily operations in order to meet KPI goals on safety, quality and efficiency
- Responsible for inventory management, including physical and inventory data management, inbound inspection , goods return , goods discard and other inventory-related system operations
- Responsible for checking 3PL data and reports to ensure that all reports comply with SOP and the data is complete and correct
- Responsible for management and business follow-up of suppliers related to warehouse operations
- Responsible for monthly payments and document processing
- Responsible for identifying process defects and promoting process improvements
Qualification and Skills:
- 5+ years proven experience working in warehouse operation role; experience in medical device is must
- Wealth of knowledge on GSP
- Can bring continuous improvement ideas
- Capable for hands on operations
- Ability to communicate within the internal and external stakeholders
- Strong working knowledge of ERP Systems (JDE is a plus) and related software and/or systems.
- Good data statistics and analysis skills
- Proactively and prefers to work autonomously, but excels in a collaborative environment
- Bachelor’s degree is required – Supply Chain/Manufacturing Operations, Business, Economics, Engineering, etc.
- Applicants with customs declaration experience is preferred
- Fluent English in writing is a plus
