A Day in the Life:Manage customer purchase orders, internal sample requests, and claims processes, ensuring timely fulfillment and supporting customer supply requirements wherever possible. Maintain accurate order visibility and status updates within SAP to support operational excellence and customer service. Oversee a broad range of inventory and goods movement activities, coordinating product flows between co-manufacturers, distribution partners, customers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless execution across the supply chain.
The Impact You'll Make:- Work closely with customers across the assigned territories, in close collaboration with internal and external teams, to process sales orders, assist customers with other matters when required within the scope of the role. Coordinate logistics and transportation of finished goods, raw materials, and promotional items between suppliers, manufacturers, and customers for the region.
- Work closely with freight forwarders, apply international logistics knowledge to establish new carriers and carry out related paperwork, potentially roll out freight tenders and set freight metrics to ensure service consistency, service levels and fair competition for logistics and forwarding suppliers.
- Shipping documents verification and preparation – invoices, packing Lists, certificates of origin, bill of landings, custom declarations, Form E , etc. Customers’ claim files compilation and follow-up the approval process for the goods return or damage.
- Weekly sales order status reporting to customers, control the transportation performance and monthly closing on-time. Receive, organize, and manage data entry in SAP (sales orders, stock transfers, freight cost documents) to support demand fulfillment in support of company sales objectives and keep close contact with customers to monitor their finished goods inventory levels and depletions with support of planning team.
- Freight cost invoice verification, freight cost accrual and freight forwarder assignment entries in SAP.
- Knowledge to verify and address export/import matters and processes, applying correct harmonized system codes to ensure compliance with the law and company standards.
- In addition, be prepared to work with government bodies in different markets to obtain import permits and licenses with support .
- Represent Company and the brands effectively to all constituencies, always maintaining a professional code of conduct in support of this.
- Execute special projects or assignments as directed by the Company and ensure that Company operational standards, policies, procedures, and practices are followed in a timely and consistent manner.
- Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field of study
- Between 1-3 years of experience in logistics or customer service position
- Between 1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations position desired
- Proficient in Microsoft suite ,emphasis on Excel. SAP experience preferred – SAP ECC, SAP TM.
- Proficient in business English, with strong written and verbal communication skills to support stakeholder engagement and regional collaboration.
