Join KONE Business Services in Bratislava and contribute to ensuring smooth, accurate and timely delivery of spare parts to KONE Business units worldwide.

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to join our international KBS team. In this role, you will manage spare parts ordering, enabling correct and punctual deliveries of spare parts and accessories to our KONE Business Units. You will collaborate closely with KONE Business units requestors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and operational efficiency.

What you will do

  • Manage spare parts inquiries from Frontline units, investigate requirements and provide accurate responses
  • Confirm orders, delivery times, and transfer prices to Frontline units
  • Process purchase orders to suppliers and follow-up on completion
  • Verify order information and validate technical characteristics when necessary
  • Provide documentation and supporting information to Frontline teams
  • Manage clarification requests and deliver timely, high‑quality replies
  • Register spare parts and accessories orders into the Global Spares Supply order book
  • Proactively communicate any deviations in the delivery process
  • Collaborate closely with Frontline service operations and internal specialists

Professional Requirements

  • Mininum 2-year experience in logistics, supply chain and supplier management
  • Knowledge of courier, parcel, or freight logistics is an advantage
  • Experience with spare parts or technical order management is an advantage
  • Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools
  • Education in technical or commercial sciences (or equivalent experience)

We offer you the basic salary starting from 1.800 Eur/gross, but the final compensation will be agreed with regard to your experience.
