The Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all logistics and supply chain operations to ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory management, and timely customer fulfillment. This role has a significant impact on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction, requiring strong leadership and strategic planning skills.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the supply chain from material receipt through operations and shipment to customers
Implement and maintain reliable processes to monitor and manage inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies to minimize financial and operational impact
Develop and execute strategies to improve logistics processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce operational costs
Lead, train, and motivate the logistics team to achieve performance goals and maintain high productivity levels
Manage receiving, order processing, and customer fulfillment. Communicate effectively to resolve customer inquiries through stakeholder engagement
Minimum of 3–5 years in logistics or supply chain management roles
Skills:
Strong knowledge of supply chain and inventory management principles.
Leadership and team management capabilities.
Strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
Proficiency in logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
Analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
Negotiation skills for supplier and service provider contracts.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in logistics operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
