Job Description
As a Logistics Intern, you will join a 6‑month paid internship designed for motivated students who want to start their careers in global supply chain and logistics. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting international projects, while developing project management in a real business environment. You will work as part of the Transportation & Trade Compliance Center of Excellence (COE) and you will report to the COE Manager, and have a hybrid work schedule based in Katowice, Poland. This paid, part-time internship starts in August.
Your Responsibilities:- Support the implementation and ongoing rollout of the Transportation Management System (TMS) across regions.
- Gain an understanding of transportation and distribution processes across distribution centers in the US and Europe.
- Help develop TMS training materials based on logistics and transportation process knowledge.
- Coordinate meetings related to TMS implementation, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and documentation of outcomes.
- Provide administrative and project support for TMS and freight pay and audit implementation across regions.
- Active student status in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field,
- Availability to work at least 24 hours per week,
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,
- Legal work and stay permits in Poland.
- Academic coursework or initial exposure to supply chain, logistics, or transportation management topics,
- Interest in global supply chain operations and international project work.
