The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing daily logistics operations, including shipment tracking, coordination with suppliers and freight forwarders, and ensuring timely documentation and payments. Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and track shipments via carriers and update status regularly.

  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment movement and delivery timelines.

  • Prepare and process forwarder invoices for approval and payment.

  • Create purchase orders for local freight forwarders.

  • Handle foreign supplier payments in coordination with the finance team.

  • Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents and dispatch schedules.

  • Arrange courier shipments as required.

  • Maintain records and raise tickets for all import shipments.

  • Prepare and manage LC (Letter of Credit) documentation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.

  • Familiarity with import/export procedures and shipping documentation.

  • Strong communication and follow-up skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
