Summary

Provides support for order processing, shipment coordination, and supplier communication to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of customer requirements. Works closely with internal teams and external partners to support daily logistics, inventory tracking, and reporting activities.

What You'll Do

  • Prepare and process documentation for outbound shipments and internal tranfers.
  • Receive and enter customer orders, and generate purchase orders to suppliers.
  • Track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery and communicate status updates to internal teams.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve routine issues.
  • Maintain and update inventory and order records to support accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Assist with monitoring customer accounts and follow up on outstanding items as needed.
  • Support communication with Sales regarding order status, customer requirements, and material availability.
  • Assist in preparing routine operational and financial reports.
  • Provide support for process improvement activities and special projects as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

* 3-5 years of experience in order managment, logistics, supply chain, or administrative support
