Compensation Includes
- Starting Pay Rate of $21.63 - 26.44/hour
OverviewResponsible for setting up delivery appointments and customer pickups. Notifying customer service representative and warehouse team if there are any discrepancies with shipments.
Responsibilities
- Set up delivery and customer pick up appointments
- Confirm inventory on product before shipping
- Respond to email in a timely manner
- Assist Warehouse Supervisors with the assignments for the Forklift drivers and other duties
- Assist Warehouse Supervisors on any tasks needed
- Request carriers for pre-loaded shipments and entering loads into TMS
- Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Reading, writing, and basic math skills are needed for this job
- Must be computer literate and have knowledge of Microsoft AX, Excel, Word and Outlook
- Problem-solve to make sure that customers are satisfied
- Must be able to effectively communicate with other employees and management
- Knowledge of Forklifts
- Self-managing organization and time management skills
