DataONE Construction is Hiring: Logistics Coordinator Vineland, NJ – Data Center Project

DataONE Construction is hiring Logistics Coordinators to keep electrical crews supplied on active jobsites. This role is the same hands-on material work as a Material Handler, plus administrative tracking: running material to foremen, organizing electrical materials, staging the next day's work, and keeping equipment, material, and tool records updated in Monday.com and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

· Run material to foremen and crews throughout the shift

· Organize, stage, and keep track of electrical materials on the jobsite

· Stage materials for the next day's work so crews are ready to start

· Load, unload, and move materials from trucks, laydown areas, and storage

· Keep material areas clean, labeled, and easy for crews to find what they need

· Check deliveries and help verify that the right electrical materials arrived

· Track equipment, materials, and tools and keep counts accurate

· Update Monday.com boards, Excel trackers, and other administrative records as required

· Handle other administrative duties as assigned to support field logistics

· Communicate shortages, damaged material, or missing items to the supervisor or foreman right away

· Operate a lull/telehandler or forklift to move and stage material when assigned and qualified

· Follow all safety rules, PPE requirements, and directions from supervisors

Qualifications/Preferred Skills

· Knowledge of electrical materials used on industrial construction jobsites (preferred)

· Ability to run material to foremen and keep staging areas organized

· Ability to track equipment, materials, and tools and keep records current

· Comfortable updating Monday.com and Excel documents

· Reliable transportation and ability to work outdoors in all weather

· Willing to work overtime when needed

· Positive attitude, good work ethic, and ability to follow directions

· Previous construction or material-handling experience is a plus

· Ability to operate a lull/telehandler or forklift preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements

· Lift, carry, push, and pull construction materials throughout the shift

· Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs

· Work outdoors on active construction sites in heat, cold, rain, and uneven conditions

· Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, and reach for extended periods

· Wear required PPE for the full shift

Compensation & Benefits Package

· Hourly Pay: $20.00 to $29.00 an hour

o We actively look at worker performance and offer chances for raises depending on various factors

o Manager-to-Employee Reviews Yearly

· Overtime: Time and a Half Pay after 40 hours (Hourly Only)

· Saturday: Automatic Time and a Half Pay (Hourly Only)

· Sunday: Automatic Double Time Pay (Hourly Only)

· Night Shift: You will receive a 10% increase in hourly pay (Eligible for shifts that start after 3:30 PM)

· Holidays: Double Time Pay (Hourly Only)

· Benefits: Health, Vision, and Dental insurance (Eligible after Probationary Period)

· Paid Time Off: Vacation, Sick, Bereavement, and Floating Holiday (Eligible after Probationary Period)

· Paid Holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day)
