Manage electrical construction projects for data centers from preconstruction through commissioning. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure NEC compliance for MV/LV and controls wiring; track change orders/RFIs; supervise electricians and foremen; lead commissioning, quality control, and OSHA-compliant safety practices while providing technical guidance and stakeholder communication.

Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and field-office communication. Track costs, prepare RFIs/subcontracts/purchase orders, attend meetings, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for electrical construction projects. Manage vendor relationships, track orders and inventory, review purchase orders for accuracy, and collaborate with project teams to forecast needs and resolve supply chain issues while maintaining organized procurement records.

Lead and build a corporate safety program for multi-site data center electrical construction. Oversee compliance, electrical safety (NFPA 70E, LOTO), audits, training, incident investigation, KPIs, workers' compensation, and culture transformation while reporting to executive leadership.

Perform mechanical installation and equipment setting on a large data center project, including forklift and telehandler operation, piping and flange installation, bolt torquing, precision alignment, metal grating installation, and equipment alignment per drawings. Collaborate with electrical, piping, and general construction crews, maintain a safe work area, and meet quality and schedule goals.

Perform electrical QA/QC inspections for construction and data center projects, documenting findings in Procore, verifying NEC and local code compliance, managing inspection records, coordinating corrective actions, reviewing submittals/shop drawings, and supporting AHJ walkthroughs while maintaining safety and QA procedures.
