Coordinates hands-on material logistics for electrical construction crews. Responsibilities include delivering materials to foremen, organizing and staging jobsite inventory, loading and unloading trucks, verifying deliveries, tracking tools and equipment, updating Monday.com and Excel records, reporting shortages or damage, and operating forklifts or telehandlers when qualified. The role requires outdoor work in all weather, physical material handling up to 50 pounds, PPE compliance, and occasional overtime.

Leads procurement strategy and operations across a national construction project portfolio. Manages vendor negotiations, supplier relationships, sourcing for long-lead materials and equipment, supply chain risk mitigation, procurement policies, and buying team development. Partners with project executives and preconstruction teams on budgeting and cost forecasting while driving cost savings, vendor performance, and supply reliability.

Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and field-office communication. Track costs, prepare RFIs/subcontracts/purchase orders, attend meetings, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage electrical construction projects for data centers from preconstruction through commissioning. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure NEC compliance for MV/LV and controls wiring; track change orders/RFIs; supervise electricians and foremen; lead commissioning, quality control, and OSHA-compliant safety practices while providing technical guidance and stakeholder communication.
