Operate telehandler/forklift to unload equipment, machinery, and materials for a data center build. Support logistics team, follow OSHA safety protocols, pass drug test, work long (12-hour) shifts 6–7 days/week. Industrial/construction logistics experience preferred; bilingual candidates a plus.

Supervise field logistics for construction projects: manage coordinators and warehouse staff, control inventory and laydown yards, coordinate deliveries and site access, develop logistics plans, support multi-contractor operations, oversee temporary infrastructure, produce weekly site plans, and enforce OSHA and company safety requirements.

Manage electrical construction projects for data centers from preconstruction through commissioning. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure NEC compliance for MV/LV and controls wiring; track change orders/RFIs; supervise electricians and foremen; lead commissioning, quality control, and OSHA-compliant safety practices while providing technical guidance and stakeholder communication.

Lead preconstruction planning and critical utility coordination (power, water, telecom) for mission-critical commercial projects. Manage scope, schedules, cost estimates, utility provider engagement, long-lead procurement, risk mitigation, and transition to construction while collaborating with design, engineering, legal, and field teams.

Manage full lifecycle planning, coordination, and execution of mission-critical process piping systems (chilled water, process cooling, compressed gases). Oversee schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, welding/testing/commissioning, QA/QC, and compliance with codes (ASME). Support commissioning, documentation, risk mitigation, and closeout for critical-infrastructure projects.

Manage project schedules, budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, and submittals; coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors and internal teams; attend meetings, track progress, resolve field issues, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain project documentation.

Oversee civil/sitework safety on a large outdoor data center construction project. Conduct daily inspections of excavation, trenching, earthmoving and heavy equipment; enforce OSHA standards; lead toolbox talks; investigate incidents; verify subcontractor compliance; maintain safety documentation and training; support orientations and corrective actions.

Perform in-process, final, and incoming material inspections; complete inspection reports and maintain quality records. Support root cause investigations, corrective/preventive actions, and document nonconformances. Verify product identification, traceability, and electrical switch gear functions using Procore to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
