Operate telehandler (Lull) and forklifts to unload equipment, machinery, and materials for a data center construction project. Follow safety protocols, work 12-hour shifts 6–7 days/week, assist logistics team, and support site operations.

Develop, maintain, and analyze construction project schedules using industry tools. Track progress, report variances and critical path, coordinate with managers and trades, perform what-if scenarios, recommend recovery plans, maintain baselines, and support planning and resource allocation.

Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and subcontractor services for electrical construction projects. Manage vendor relationships, track orders and inventory, review purchase orders for accuracy, and collaborate with project teams to forecast needs and resolve supply chain issues while maintaining organized procurement records.

Assist licensed journeymen in installing and maintaining data-center electrical systems, including MV/LV distribution, UPS/generator systems, conduit and cable tray installations, grounding, equipment terminations, and fiber support. Follow blueprints, perform quality checks, maintain safe work areas, and participate in safety meetings while learning NEC and OSHA-compliant practices.

Perform incoming material inspections and daily field QA/QC inspections of electrical construction. Document defects, generate nonconformance reports, maintain receiving records, support material traceability, upload QA/QC documentation to Procore/SharePoint, and assist with commissioning and Request to Energize activities. Coordinate with logistics, vendors, and project teams to resolve issues and support audits and project closeout.

Lead electrical safety for data center and industrial construction projects: develop and enforce NFPA 70E/OSHA-compliant programs, perform arc flash assessments, conduct inspections, deliver training, manage energized work permits and LOTO, investigate incidents, and coordinate with project teams to ensure safe high-voltage electrical work.

Support project managers with scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, documentation, and field-office communication. Track costs, prepare RFIs/subcontracts/purchase orders, attend meetings, monitor progress, resolve field issues, and ensure compliance with safety and project specifications to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Manage electrical construction projects for data centers from preconstruction through commissioning. Oversee schedules, budgets, and resources; ensure NEC compliance for MV/LV and controls wiring; track change orders/RFIs; supervise electricians and foremen; lead commissioning, quality control, and OSHA-compliant safety practices while providing technical guidance and stakeholder communication.
