About the Role:

Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products within a non-durable goods manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with production and distribution teams to meet delivery schedules. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.

  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse teams and external partners.
  • Understanding of the supply chain process
  • Experience with ERP systems and transactions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex issues
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and other computer applications preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to transportation and safety standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives.

Pay is based upon several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. Rise Baking Company complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
