Logistics Coordinator

Where You'll Work: This is an onsite role based out of our FishHawk office located at 13830 Circa Crossing Drive, Lithia, FL. Our U.S. headquarters offers an onsite gym and a welcoming campus-style workspace.

About the Role

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help ensure the efficient movement of Mosaic's finished, semi-finished, and raw materials across North America. In this role, you'll manage critical logistics and transportation data, coordinate rail and transportation equipment, resolve transaction exceptions, and partner with logistics, planning, accounting, operations, customer service, and IT teams to maintain accurate material visibility and movement. Your work will support operational performance, inventory accuracy, and reliable customer service across a complex supply chain network. You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy solving problems, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across teams to keep materials moving efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and maintain shipping, receiving, and logistics data across multiple systems to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve shipment and receipt exceptions that prevent completion of logistics transactions across North American operations.

  • Coordinate transportation equipment and railcar requirements by ordering, scheduling, assigning, and tracking equipment to support plant, mine, and distribution operations.

  • Create and manage transportation-related transactions in SAP, including equipment nominations, freight settlement adjustments, and supporting documentation.

  • Prepare, maintain, and update transportation records, tracking tools, reporting systems, and shipping documentation to support accurate railcar billing and logistics execution.

  • Partner with planning teams to execute forecasted loading requirements and support efficient transportation scheduling and yard management activities.

  • Provide logistics performance reporting, presentations, and operational updates to support weekly, monthly, and business performance reviews.

  • Support rail release activities, including evening and weekend coverage when business needs require.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, process improvement, inventory management, or product management required; or a high school diploma/GED and 5+ years of experience in one of these areas.

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, analyze information, and recommend practical solutions.

  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
