Advance Mosaic's federal policy agenda through legislative and regulatory monitoring, advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and public affairs. Build relationships with government officials, industry associations, community and nonprofit leaders; advise on political strategy and PAC activities. Partner with Public Affairs and global colleagues to craft messaging, manage cross-functional issues, and protect the company's license to operate across key regions.

Lead Structural Engineer responsible for structural integrity and RBI program ownership for Saskatchewan potash sites. Provides engineering authority on inspections, fitness-for-service evaluations, repairs, and life-extension decisions; ensures standards compliance; integrates asset strategy with maintenance and capital; oversees inspections, contractors, and data reporting; mentors staff and champions safety. Requires field travel (10–20%).

Lead and support process improvement, modeling, validation, and capital project scoping for mining and refinery operations. Improve production, quality, safety, and environmental performance; develop production models and targets; support planning and Management of Change; participate in EHS activities and cross-functional technical support.

Build and automate Power BI dashboards, consolidate budgets and forecasts, analyze profitability/volume/pricing, support cross-functional stakeholders, and produce ad hoc and special initiative reporting to inform commercial decisions.

Support end-to-end recruitment delivery and talent acquisition programs (early career, diversity, employer branding). Partner with TA managers and HRBPs, manage reporting and dashboards (Workday), analyze hiring metrics, support TA governance, process improvements, and technology adoption to optimize candidate experience and build diverse pipelines.

Design, implement, and manage enterprise employee and leadership development programs (mentoring, coaching, rotations, assessments). Own competency models, skills inventories, and career pathing. Partner with HRBPs and leaders, manage vendors, measure program effectiveness using data and analytics, and drive continuous improvement and governance across regions.

Lead month-end close and inventory accounting for North American sites. Prepare and maintain inventory balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, and SOX controls. Partner with finance, plant operations, and third-party providers to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and timely close; provide stakeholder support and complete assigned projects.

Supports design and execution of global leadership and employee development programs (succession planning, mentoring, coaching, assessments). Manages data, governance, metrics, and vendor/budget coordination. Partners with HRBPs and COEs to deliver integrated talent solutions and strengthen the talent pipeline through mitigation actions and readiness assessment.

Lead enterprise talent development strategy and programs (leadership development, succession, coaching, assessments). Drive succession planning and executive talent pipelines, manage vendors and budgets, leverage HRIS and analytics (e.g., Workday, PowerBI, AI tools), advise HR partners, facilitate talent reviews, and integrate Talent, Acquisition, Culture, and Learning to build leadership capability and diverse pipelines.

Lead plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, environmental and cost targets; manage short- and long-term capital and expense budgets, direct and develop staff, drive process improvements, oversee maintenance and audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Mine Permitting Specialist prepares mining permit applications, conducts inspections, communicates with agencies, researches regulations, and supports reclamation projects.

Install, inspect, maintain, modify and dismantle scaffold structures in surface and underground operations. Interpret drawings, ensure compliance with codes, conduct inspections, maintain equipment, complete documentation, and follow safety procedures while supporting maintenance and shift work.

Support asset reliability and maintenance effectiveness for fixed and mobile mechanical equipment via condition-based monitoring, field inspections, troubleshooting, CMMS reporting, and reliability improvement initiatives in an underground potash mine.
