Provides advanced HR operations and customer service support through ServiceNow and Workday. Processes employee transactions, organizational changes, leaves, terminations, benefits documentation, payroll inputs, and HR tickets. Partners with business leaders and employees to align HR and business strategies. Leads talent management, succession planning, staffing, onboarding, leadership development, compensation, performance management, employee engagement, change management, and HR programs. Advises on employment and labor relations, including union contracts, grievances, negotiations, and arbitrations. Uses workforce data and HR metrics to inform decisions, supports organizational transformations, and coaches HR team members and people leaders.

Partners with HR teams, employees, and business leaders to deliver talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, compensation, benefits, leadership development, and employee relations support. Advises leaders on employment practices, labor relations, policies, and change management; supports recruiting, succession planning, affirmative action, and HR initiatives for an assigned business unit or location.

Support a safe workplace by investigating incidents, conducting air monitoring and hazard assessments, developing safety procedures and job hazard analyses, delivering employee and contractor training, auditing site conditions, addressing compliance issues, and maintaining safety equipment and supplies.

Lead Structural Engineer responsible for structural integrity and RBI program ownership for Saskatchewan potash sites. Provides engineering authority on inspections, fitness-for-service evaluations, repairs, and life-extension decisions; ensures standards compliance; integrates asset strategy with maintenance and capital; oversees inspections, contractors, and data reporting; mentors staff and champions safety. Requires field travel (10–20%).

Operate and inspect freshwater ponds, gyp stacks, and treatment systems; perform environmental sampling and testing; troubleshoot RO, heat input and lime treatment systems; oversee contractors and field work to maintain regulatory compliance; record and review data in Excel/PI; perform minor mechanical maintenance and operate equipment (manlift, forklift).

Provide electrical engineering, automation, and communications support for underground mining operations. Partner with HRBPs and leaders, manage vendors, measure program effectiveness using data and analytics, and drive continuous improvement and governance across regions.

Lead month-end close and inventory accounting for North American sites. Prepare and maintain inventory balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, and SOX controls. Partner with finance, plant operations, and third-party providers to ensure accurate costing, reporting, and timely close; provide stakeholder support and complete assigned projects.

Supports design and execution of global leadership and employee development programs (succession planning, mentoring, coaching, assessments). Manages data, governance, metrics, and vendor/budget coordination. Partners with HRBPs and COEs to deliver integrated talent solutions and strengthen the talent pipeline through mitigation actions and readiness assessment.

Lead enterprise talent development strategy and programs (leadership development, succession, coaching, assessments). Drive succession planning and executive talent pipelines, manage vendors and budgets, leverage HRIS and analytics (e.g., Workday, PowerBI, AI tools), advise HR partners, facilitate talent reviews, and integrate Talent, Acquisition, Culture, and Learning to build leadership capability and diverse pipelines.

Lead plant operations to meet production, quality, safety, environmental and cost targets; manage short- and long-term capital and expense budgets, direct and develop staff, drive process improvements, oversee maintenance and audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Mine Permitting Specialist prepares mining permit applications, conducts inspections, communicates with agencies, researches regulations, and supports reclamation projects.

The Reliability Engineer provides leadership in implementing reliability strategies for high-speed rotating equipment, assesses asset health, collaborates with peers, ensures compliance, and leads planning for equipment overhauls.
