Main Purpose of the Role:
Ensure highest quality data integrity as systems are updated, constant clear communication regarding Cold treatment to all parties. Facilitate all operations, analytics, and support for cold treatment seasons.
Updating of all equipment reports, co-ordinates street turns with truckers, updates daily inventory, trouble shoots incoming calls, processes all OFH payments from direct depot returns off street, monitors idle stock on street, processes invoices, handles equipment release, sales/courtesy pick up/ etc., push rails and handle any issues that occur.
Main Tasks:
- Run inventory reports daily.
- Monitors, tracks, and reports on review & provide recommendations.
- Daily coordination of rail cargo fluidity with multiple teams
- Update systems from reports
- Arrange empty repositions from terminals/ depots
- Scale out/in, Misused containers, Off hires and Lost/Stolen equipment
- SAP – push rail / ensure LR’S GR
- Monitor under slung genset chassis usage
- Cold Treatment reports – update and push to customer service
- Support the trucking community with inquires and problem solving.
- Process trucker payments for direct off hires from street
- Meeting targets and standards with equipment stock in terminal and on street
- Provide analytics (damage, neutrals, empty stock).
One year certificate from college or technical school; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excel Spreadsheet software and Word, Outlook Word Processing software, SAP.
High level computer literacy with excellent data analytical skills, statistical analysis programs.
