Key Responsibilities:

Maintain payroll records and data in compliance with company policies and regulations.
Compliance and Reporting:
Stay updated on payroll regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.
Prepare and submit payroll tax reports and other mandatory filings.
Assist in responding to payroll-related inquiries from employees and authorities.
Data Management:
Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system.
Handle confidential and sensitive employee information with the utmost discretion.
Problem Resolution:
Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies or issues in a timely manner.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records.
Generate payroll reports and provide data for internal and external audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
Education and Experience:
Finance, or a related field is preferred.
3 years of relevant payroll experience.
