You efficiently administer samples for scientific analysis by creating records, assigning analytical tests, allocating samples for analysis, maintaining chain-of-custody for controlled samples, inputting results and liaising with clients. This role requires you to apply your organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
How you will contribute
You will be responsible for all scientific administrative tasks including lab administration, housekeeping activities and working in accordance with laboratory-set quality standards. Because you will liaise with clients, you will always demonstrate high quality customer service, by ensuring that work is done on time, that the analytical data generated is reliability, and that the results are accurate and provided in a timely manner. You will also assist with routine checks/calibrations and control documentation to ensure that only the most current versions are supplied to analysts. This role will require you to work at the highest standards of safety and quality, maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment and completing assigned quality actions in a timely manner.
What you will bring

- A relevant scientific discipline
- Competency in the use of generic and specific software packages required for the role including MS Office applications
- Basic lab equipment, preferably with work experience in a scientific environment
- Attending to detail, following written instructions and working on multiple activities concurrently
- Accountability, honesty, hardworking, flexibility and adaptability, and working efficiently on a team
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Responsabilidades principales:
- Impartir capacitaciones sobre Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) y HACCP básico.
- Formar al personal en el uso de la plataforma E-QCMS para la gestión de calidad.
- Gestionar y dar seguimiento a la documentación del proyecto Mundo Dulce.
- Capacitar sobre el manejo de materia extraña en los procesos de producción.
- Realizar onboarding de nuevos empleados en BPM. Hacer seguimiento a los planes de acción derivados de auditorías internas, asegurando su cumplimiento.
Educación:
- Ing. Industrial, Ing. Química, Farmacia, Ing. Alimentos, o afín.
Experiencia:
- Al menos 1 año.
Idioma:
- Inglés básico.
Conocimientos:
- Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura (BPM) - NOM 251, HACCP, Norma FSSC 22000.
Herramientas:
- Excel Intermedio
Modalidad:
- Presencial Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a 5:30 pm
