The Team
- The Loans Enablement Group (LEG) is a global support team within GFCT that provides process-driven operational and administrative support to the Global Financing business.
- The team works closely with colleagues in New York, London and Singapore, with the India team playing a key role in supporting the ongoing administration and lifecycle management of the global loan portfolio.
Role Description
- The Loans Enablement Group supports the lending business across new and existing financing transactions through disciplined process execution, portfolio administration and coordination across front office, legal, middle office and operations teams.
- This role is primarily process-oriented and focuses on a number of varied topics including but not limited to deal logging, supporting KYC, legal and documentation-related workflows, invoice handling, portfolio performance reporting, day-to-day support for loan lifecycle events for a global loan portfolio.

Your key responsibilities
- Solid understanding of loan processes and lending lifecycle from deal screening through portfolio administration and loan life cycle (i.e. deal logging, KYC, booking, servicing, invoicing, covenant monitoring, documentation) preferred but not required.
- Collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across front office, operations, legal, middle office, and support functions.
- Skilled in managing Operational Risk

- Strong in process orientation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage high-volume workflows accurately and consistently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a solid technical or quantitative academic background.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve over time.
- High level of ownership, discipline, and follow-through, with a client-focused mindset and commitment to supporting transactions end-to-end.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with sound judgment and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to basic automation tools is an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Professionalism in handling confidential information, with strong awareness of controls and data sensitivity.
