About this opportunity:
Join our dynamic team as a Business Controller and become an integral member of Ericsson's financial management. This pivotal role prioritizes value creation, driving strategy execution and upholding financial mandates for our operational units. This position leverages a deep understanding of customers, markets, and Ericsson solutions, and allows us to influence short and long-term financial performance. As a Business Controller, your contribution involves supporting leadership teams across various dimensions and anticipating potential impacts on our operations. Acting as an SPoC (Single Point of Contact) for finance-related inquiries, you would liaise with professionals such as Financial Analysts, Project Control personnel, and the Treasury team.
What you will do:- Deliver support in performance optimization, strategy execution, and target achievement.- Foster increased shareholder value via proactive value creation.- Act as a reliable partner in business decision-making processes using comprehensive understanding of Ericsson business and product portfolio.- Advocate for a culture rooted in ethics and compliance (details available in our Ethics and Compliance document for Business Controller).- Ensure execution of the finance framework including adherence to Ericsson Business Process (EBP) and accounting norms.- Serve as the Finance Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for key operational stakeholders.
