Job Description:

Live Chat & Digital Inbound Sales Advisor

Responsible for understanding customer requirements and providing guidance & support to new & existing corporate customers who visit HPE.com sites.

How you’ll make your mark:

  • Brainstorm with customers and HPE technical specialists to identify and develop solutions for customer’s business requirements.
  • Being able to articulate the company’s technology and product portfolio, positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Engaged in a presales technical consultancy and advisory role, the consultant will provide assistance and guidance during the process by identifying customer’s requirements.
  • Support the customer in defining their needs to recognize new business and lead generation opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Use customer engagement tools (chat, e-mail, phones, web-forms) to interact and reach out to online customers.
  • Provide SME support, in a professional manner, to customers within agreed time frames.
  • Position HPE solutions to customers with professionalism and enthusiasm to generate leads.
  • Comply with all HPE web standards, processes and tools.
  • Actively participate in various internal technology forums and other technology sources to gather information on current products and position them to customers as and when required.

About you:

  • Excellent communication and grammar skills (written and verbal) in English
  • Fluent in English.
  • Sales experience or customer service skills desired
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay focused in high-pressure situations.
  • Knowledge and understanding of customer conversational experience principles.
  • Basic knowledge of web or digital marketing principles.
