Purpose:
In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Litigation and serve as a trusted partner in driving cases forward—from initial intake through resolution. You’ll manage your own docket, coordinate with outside counsel, and lead critical processes such as discovery, subpoenas, and legal holds.

Accountabilities:
Drive and support all phases of litigation—from intake through discovery and resolution—ensuring matters progress efficiently and on schedule
Lead document preservation efforts and manage legal hold processes to ensure compliance and defensibility across matters
Maintain organized case files, matter summaries, and tracking systems; proactively monitor deadlines and keep stakeholders informed
Partner closely with outside counsel to coordinate case strategy, document production, and key deliverables
Own and manage the company’s subpoena process end-to-end, including intake, response coordination, and timely document production
Support financial oversight of litigation matters by tracking budgets, accruals, and insurance-related reporting
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree required; Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred, with 4+ years of litigation support experience in a law firm or in-house legal department
Demonstrated experience supporting all phases of litigation, including discovery, subpoenas, document production, and case management, with proficiency in legal document management systems and e-discovery tools
Proven ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational, project management, and prioritization skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, internal stakeholders, and outside counsel
Ability to work independently and cross-functionally while exercising sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
$82,645.60 - $123,968.40 USD Annual
Annual Salary for this role is market competitive. Actual salary for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Depending on the role, a discretionary bonus plan or variable sales incentive may be included.
