The Role

Taylor Management is thrilled to announce an opening for a Lifestyle Director who is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of engaging events and activities that promote community involvement and foster relationships among residents. Your creativity will play a vital role in curating experiences that resonate with diverse interests.

As the Lifestyle Director, you will serve as the key liaison between residents and management, ensuring the community's needs and desires are effectively addressed. You'll be instrumental in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment where residents feel empowered to participate.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in community development or event planning, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a passion for creating memorable experiences.

This is a full-time position at a salary of $75,000


Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, coordinate, and oversee a comprehensive calendar of community events and activities
  • Engage with residents to gather feedback and suggestions for future activities
  • Organize and manage events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor relations
  • Communicate with residents through newsletters, flyers, and other channels to promote events
  • Assist with the onboarding of new residents, providing orientation materials and tours
  • Foster partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community programming
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of events and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • A friendly and outgoing personality with a strong customer service focus
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience in event planning, community engagement, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary

We are the unit owner’s management company and specialize in representing community associations during the transition from developer control. We do not represent or serve any developers and have no conflict of interest relationship with the developer community. This allows us to pursue all deficiencies, financial and physical, existing at the association that is the responsibility of the developer and to focus our concerns on the needs of the unit owners. Owner, Paul A. Santoriello, is a Professional Manager of Community Associations (PCAM) and a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA). Presently Mr. Santoriello serves on the Board of Directors of Community Association Institute and was a three term Chair of the Managers Committee for New Jersey State (CAI).
