Action Property Management, the leader in community management, is seeking a full-time Lifestyle Coordinator to join our team at our luxury association, Del Webb at River Lands, located in Lathrop.
The Lifestyle Specialist is responsible for creating an engaging, welcoming, and connected residential community through thoughtfully planned events, programs, communications, and resident experiences. This position develops and coordinates social activities, promotes resident participation, facilitates amenity experiences, and serves as a key resource for residents seeking to connect with their community.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, promote, and execute a variety of resident social events, activities, classes, and community programs.
- Develop an ongoing calendar of events that appeals to a variety of resident interests.
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendors, entertainment, food and beverage, supplies, setup, and other operational needs.
- Attend and facilitate community events as needed, including events held during evenings and weekends.
- Track event attendance and resident participation to help evaluate program effectiveness and identify engagement trends.
- Gather resident feedback and recommend adjustments to programming based on participation and community interests.
- Coordinate resident reservations and rentals of amenity spaces.
- Provide residents with information regarding amenity use, reservation procedures, and applicable community guidelines.
- Maintain organized schedules and records for amenity reservations and events.
- Coordinate with onsite team members to ensure amenity spaces are prepared and maintained appropriately for scheduled activities.
- Develop creative and engaging communications to promote community events, programs, and activities.
- Create event flyers, email communications, newsletters, calendars, and other resident-facing materials.
- Maintain an organized communication schedule to ensure residents are aware of upcoming activities and opportunities to participate.
- Partner with community leadership to develop new ideas for increasing awareness and participation in community programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, instructors, entertainers, local businesses, and other community partners.
- Coordinate vendor scheduling, proposals, contracts, and event-related requirements in partnership with community management.
- Maintain accurate records of events, attendance, resident participation, vendor information, and related program activity.
- Assist with tracking lifestyle program expenses and operating within established budgets.
- Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
- Serve as a point of contact for residents regarding amenity access, event participation, and service requests.
- Coordinate and facilitate on-site events and programs for residents.
- Arrange off-site activities and excursions, including group transportation and event bookings.
- Oversee the scheduling and procurement of in-unit services such as vendor visits, home repairs, and maintenance.
- Monitor amenity spaces to ensure they are clean, operational, and meet safety standards.
- Provide support and training to concierge staff, ensuring consistent service delivery.
- Maintain records of resident requests, event participation, and vendor services.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to support resident service needs.
- Coordinate dining reservations, transportation services, and general lifestyle requests as needed.
- Ensure all services and programs reflect the needs and preferences of the resident population.
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

Qualifications / Requirements:
- Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in hospitality, resident services, event planning, community engagement, recreation, lifestyle programming, or a related customer-facing environment preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple events, deadlines, vendors, and communications.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging programs and marketing materials.
- Comfortable interacting with residents individually and in group settings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn community management and communication platforms.
- Experience creating newsletters, flyers, email campaigns, or similar communications preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the onsite management team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and occasional evenings, based on community events and operational needs.
